COLUMN DESIGN:  Authentic Replication wood.  Fluted, round, tapered shafts with Tuscan capitals & Tuscan base moldings / plinths.

COLUMN MATERIAL:  Finger-Jointed Pine

PROJECT LOCATION:  Portland, Oregon

PROJECT COMMENTS:  The idea of a “single site” housing show started in the Midwest and developed into a more modern concept – beginning in Portland, OR by the Home Builder’s Association of Metropolitan Portland.  This project features (4) of Chadsworth’s Authentic Replication Finger-Jointed Pine columns with Tuscan capitals and Tuscan base moldings / plinths.

PROJECT COMMENTS:  Chadsworth Columns made grouped columns for a porch and a balcony for the 1993 Vesta Show House.  Our Tuscan composite PolyStone® columns were superpositioned, or “stacked,” on separate levels of the home.  There are a total of (27) of our columns.  There are (8) – 10″ x 8′ columns and (19) – 10″ x 10′ columns.

PROJECT LOCATION:  Phoenix, Maryland

PROJECT COMMENTS:  Chadsworth’s columns can be seen at the front entrance of a home that was featured in Baltimore Magazine.  The residence features (6) of Chadsworth’s architectural wood columns.  The interior of the wood shaft was coated with asphaltum, and the plinth is made of load-bearing aluminum.
